Do your tutors have Working With Children Checks?
Yes, every tutor, verified before their first session, and every session follows our child-safe code of conduct.
Can I choose the tutor?
We match by subject, level and personality and you meet them first. If it isn't working, we swap.
What if my child is sick?
Let us know before the session and we'll offer a make-up. We never charge for sessions we cancel.
Do you follow the school curriculum?
Yes — tutors work to the NSW syllabus and your child's actual schoolwork and assessments.
Is online as good as in person?
For most students from Year 5 up, yes: shared whiteboard, recordings and the same tutor. Younger students usually do better in person.
How do I see progress?
Session notes after every lesson and a written report each term, all in the parent portal.
Is there a contract?
No. Pay per session or by term pack; unused pack sessions are refundable if you leave.
Come for a free trial session.
Your child tries a real group session. If they don't want to come back, no charge and no hard feelings.
